Soil and Water Stewardship
Stewardship week is observed the last week of April each year. For over 50 years, the National Association of Conservation Districts has promoted Soil and Water Stewardship Week each spring. Promotional materials are offered at no cost to you, courtesy of Montgomery Soil and Water Conservation District. The purpose of this outreach event for community groups, educators, and church leaders is to remind us that each person has the power to conserve natural resources and improve the world through awareness and individual choices. The District places a bulk order by the first week of March each year. Contact the office for more information.
